Discounts are offered for:

Rental for 14 days or more - 5% off
Rental for 21 days or more - 10% off
Rental for 28 days or more - 15% off
Returning Guest - 10% off
Sept. through Oct. - 10% off
No Discounts Dec. 15th through Jan. 6th

Rates include services of staff (cook and housekeepers). Unused bedrooms are not rented to anyone outside your party. 20% refundable deposit for reservation. Balance due one month before arrival. Checks and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover) accepted. Rates include all Jamaican villa rental taxes.
